Fix your Zapier or Make automations — or migrate them to n8n
Automations that silently fail, or a Zapier/Make bill that keeps growing with every task? We repair what you have, or rebuild it in n8n and run both side by side until the new version matches.
from €149
The problem
When this helps
- A Zap or scenario stopped working after an app update and nobody knows why.
- Your Zapier or Make plan costs more every month because you pay per task or operation.
- The person who built the automations has left and nothing is documented.
The outcome
What you get
- Working automations, tested with real examples.
- If migrating: the same workflows in n8n (n8n Cloud or self-hosted), compared side by side with the old ones before switching.
- A one-page document per workflow: what it does, what it connects and what to check if it fails.
What's included
- Basic: up to 2 workflows, up to 10 steps each — €149
- Standard: up to 5 workflows, up to 10 steps each — €290
- Diagnosis and repair, or rebuild in n8n on your account
- Side-by-side test run before switching off the old version
- Error notification on each workflow
- Documentation per workflow and 14 days of fixes
Not included (scope limits)
- Setting up or paying for n8n hosting (we can recommend n8n Cloud or a simple host; the subscription is yours)
- Workflows over 10 steps or using apps without an API/n8n node (quoted separately)
- Data migrations of historical records
- Promised savings: the cost difference depends on your volumes and plans; the calculator shows an estimate
Your data
Your data stays in your accounts
- Runs in your own accounts, or on your server with self-hosted n8n; EU hosting by default.
- GDPR art. 28 data processing agreement when we handle personal data for you.
- Least-privilege access; credentials stay with you; access removed and no copies kept after handover.
- Your data isn't used to train AI; sensitive workflows can avoid external AI entirely.
Timeline
- 01
Intake
Share screenshots or exports of the workflows and give collaborator access.
- 02

Manual vs automated
- Manual
- 100 min / week
- Automated
- 30 min / week
- Time saved
- 70 min / week
- ≈ 5.1 hours saved per month
How we calculate this
- 5 min to write a first reply
- 3 min to copy the enquiry into the lead list
- 2 min to forward it to the right person
- The automation takes over 70% of the task time (the same assumption as our hours-saved calculator). The rest stays with you: reading replies, checking documents, judgement calls.

Frequently asked questions
Will n8n really be cheaper?
Often, for workflows that run many times, because n8n Cloud prices by workflow executions rather than per step, and self-hosted n8n has no per-task fee. But it depends on your volumes and on hosting. We show you the comparison for your case before migrating; if it doesn't save money, we recommend fixing instead.
Can you just fix them and keep Zapier/Make?
Yes. Rescue doesn't require migrating. Many people simply want working, documented automations.
What counts as a workflow?
One Zap or one Make scenario: one trigger and the steps that follow it. Multi-path scenarios with more than 10 steps count as two.
Is there downtime during migration?
No planned downtime: the old automation keeps running until the new one has been checked on test data and you approve the switch.
