Terms of Sale
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms apply to every package and service bought from PauSolutions through pausolutions.com, a payment link or a written quote. Please read them before buying. If a written quote you accepted says something different, the quote prevails for that order.
1. Provider
PauSolutions, Manzano (UD) 33044, Italy, [email protected]. In these terms, "we", "us" and "PauSolutions" mean this provider. Full provider details are in the Legal notice.
2. What you buy (scope)
Each package page describes what's included, what isn't, the timeline and the price. That description is the scope of the contract. Work outside it is quoted separately and only done after you accept the quote in writing.
Third-party costs are not included unless the package says so: for example subscriptions to n8n, Zapier, Make, Google, AI APIs or other software you use. You keep the accounts in your name.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro. The price shown is the final total payable; no VAT is added on top.
Payment is made in advance through Stripe (card or other methods shown at checkout). The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed; Stripe emails you a receipt, and we provide a receipt or invoice as required by law. Care plans are billed monthly in advance by Stripe.
At checkout and in the intake form you tell us whether you buy as a business/professional (B2B) or as a consumer. Consumer protections in section 8 apply only to consumers.
4. Getting started and delivery
- After payment you fill in the intake form and share the access needed (preferably a collaborator or guest account, never your main password).
- Delivery times on the package pages are in working days and start when the intake is complete and access works.
- If information or access is missing, the timeline pauses until it arrives. If nothing arrives for 30 days, the order is treated as delivered for the part already done, after a reminder.
- Everything is handled in writing by email; calls are not required.
5. Revisions and fixes
The number of revision rounds and the fix period are stated on each package page (for example "1 round of changes and 14 days of fixes"). A fix means correcting something that doesn't work as agreed; new features or changed requirements are not fixes. Problems caused by changes in third-party apps after the fix period are covered by the Care plans or quoted separately.
6. Refunds (only as stated here)
- If, after reading your intake, the job is clearly outside the package scope, you choose between a fixed quote for the difference or a full refund before work starts.
- If the service can't be delivered for reasons on our side, you get a full refund of the undelivered part.
- The €49 Automation Audit is credited in full if you buy a package within 30 days of receiving the report; the credit is applied to the payment link or quote we send you.
- Introductory prices may end at any time; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you pay.
- Apart from these cases and the consumer right of withdrawal (section 8), payments are not refundable once work has started. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Care plans (subscriptions)
Care plans renew monthly. The first month is the minimum term; after that you can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected], and the plan ends at the end of the month already paid. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, except under section 8 for consumers.
8. Consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (a private individual acting outside a business or profession), you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason (art. 52 Italian Consumer Code, D.Lgs. 206/2005).
To withdraw, send a clear statement to [email protected] before the 14 days end, for example using the model form below. We refund all payments within 14 days of receiving it, using the same payment method.
Early start: by default, work for consumers starts only after the 14 days. If you want it to start earlier, you must expressly request it (in the intake form) and acknowledge the consequences. In that case, if you withdraw, you pay an amount proportional to the work done until you told us (art. 57(3)); and once the service has been fully performed with your express request and acknowledgement, you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 59(1)(a)).
9. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, lawful content and the permissions needed (including GDPR permissions for any personal data of your customers the automation processes).
- Review and approve messages and templates before they go live; you remain responsible for what is sent in your name.
- Where we process personal data on your behalf, a data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR) is provided with the order.
10. Ownership
Once paid in full, the workflows, dashboards and documentation made for you are yours to use and change. We keep the right to reuse general know-how and non-client-specific building blocks and templates.
11. Liability
Automations depend on third-party services that can change or fail. For business customers, liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence (art. 1229 Civil Code). For consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services (art. 135-octies ff. Consumer Code) and all other statutory rights apply in full.
12. Complaints, law and courts
Complaints can be sent to [email protected]; we reply within 10 working days. These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction, and the protections of the consumer's country of residence are not affected. For business customers, the court of Udine has exclusive jurisdiction.
